Shipping
We deliver across Israel - by courier to your door or to a nearby pickup point. Here's everything you need to know.
Two ways to get your order
Home courier: ₪29.90, delivered within 3-5 business days. Pickup point: ₪19.90, delivered within 2-4 business days, and you collect whenever it suits you. Orders over ₪450 ship free.
When does my order ship?
We pack and ship within 1-2 business days of your order being confirmed. Delivery times exclude Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. Remote areas or circumstances outside our control may cause delays - we'll keep you posted.
Tracking your order
We'll email you when your order ships. You can check its status any time on the "Track your order" page with your order number and email, or in your account.
Need to cancel?
At any time, as long as the order hasn't shipped, you can cancel it yourself on the "Cancel an order" page - no fee. After it ships, the legal cancellation policy applies (see "Returns & exchanges").
