The Hebrew version of these terms is the binding version; this English version is provided for convenience. Section headings are for orientation only.

Using the website or placing an order means you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

If these terms conflict with mandatory law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the law prevails.

You may buy on the website if you meet all of the following:

• You are 18 or older, or a minor with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You hold a valid credit card issued in Israel, or another payment method offered on the website.
• You have a delivery address in Israel, an active email address and a reachable phone number.

All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include 18% VAT. Delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm the order.

Payment is processed by a secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. Card details are entered directly with the provider - we never see or store them.

An order is accepted only once the card issuer approves the payment. You will then receive an order confirmation email with your order number and items.

We work hard to show accurate stock, prices and photos. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, or an item that sold out after you ordered, we will contact you and offer an alternative, or cancel the order (in whole or in part) and refund everything paid for the cancelled items.

Product colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

We ship anywhere in Israel. Choose between two delivery methods:

• Home courier - ₪29.90, delivered within 3-5 business days.
• Pickup point - ₪19.90, delivered within 2-4 business days.
• Orders of ₪450 or more (after discounts) ship free.

Delivery times are counted from the business day after the order is confirmed and exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays. Remote areas, and events outside our control (security situation, strikes, extreme weather), may cause delays - we'll keep you posted.

Please check that the package is intact when it arrives. If an item is missing, damaged or wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

On top of your legal rights, you can cancel an order yourself on the "Cancel an order" page at any time - as long as the order hasn't shipped yet - and you'll be refunded in full.

You'll get a full refund of everything you paid, including delivery, with no cancellation fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, you may cancel an online purchase from the day you order until 14 days after receiving the goods or the disclosure document (order confirmation), whichever is later.

• How to cancel: on the "Cancel an order" page, by email to baiaswimwear0@gmail.com, by phone at 054-4446739, on WhatsApp, or in writing to our business address. Please include your full name, order number and contact details.
• Cancellation fee: if you cancel for a reason other than a defect, non-conformity or non-delivery, a fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies.
• Returning the item: after cancelling, return the item to us in its packaging and in the condition you received it. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.
• Refund: we refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, minus the cancellation fee (if any).
• Senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants (within 5 years of receiving status) may cancel a purchase that involved a conversation with us (including electronic communication) within 4 months of the transaction, delivery or disclosure document - whichever is later - on presentation of a suitable certificate.

Swimwear is worn close to the body. To protect the health of all our customers, every item ships with a hygiene liner and original tags.

Store policy: an item can be returned or exchanged only if it has not been worn (other than a brief try-on over underwear), washed or exposed to water, sunscreen or perfume, and the hygiene liner and original tags are still attached. For hygiene and public-health reasons we may refuse to accept an item that does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if the hygiene sticker is missing.

This does not limit your right to return a defective item or an item that is not what you ordered.

Wrong size? You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the hygiene conditions above and stock availability. To start an exchange, contact us through the contact form or on WhatsApp with your order number and the size or colour you'd like.

Shipping the item back to us and the replacement to you is at your cost, unless the exchange is due to a defect or our mistake.

We check every item before it ships. If you still receive a defective item or one that is not what you ordered, contact us promptly (ideally with a photo) and we'll offer a repair, exchange or full refund - including shipping and with no cancellation fee.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by not following the care instructions (e.g. hot washing, tumble drying, or prolonged exposure to chlorine and sun).

You can order without an account. If you open one, keep your password confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close an account used for abuse, fraud or anything unlawful or contrary to these terms.

The website is provided as is. We work to keep it available and error-free, but outages may occur. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damage related to an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Law.

All rights in the website and its content - including the BAIA name and mark, designs, photos, texts, logo and code - belong to BAIA Swimwear or to third parties who licensed them to us. Do not copy, distribute, reproduce or use them commercially without prior written permission.

Your privacy matters to us. What we collect, how we use it and your rights are set out in our privacy policy. Marketing emails are only sent to people who explicitly opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

These terms and every purchase on the website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to applicable law, the competent courts in Beer Sheva (Southern District) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the version in force when it was placed. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
